Meaghan is the founder and heart behind Mrs. Neat Freak.
Known for her calm presence, thoughtful approach, and deep respect for the people she works with, she believes decluttering and organization should feel supportive, functional, and never overwhelming.
Meaghan approaches each project with intention, discretion, and care—guiding clients through the decluttering and organizing process in a way that feels manageable, judgment-free, and tailored to their lives. She understands that inviting someone into your home requires trust, and she treats every space and situation with that responsibility in mind.
Not every home needs to be decluttered—and that’s okay.
Some spaces simply need better organization, improved flow, or systems that work for real life. Whether a home feels overwhelmed by too much, or simply struggles to stay organized, Meaghan meets clients where they are and helps create solutions that feel calm, supportive, and sustainable.
Her work balances function with thoughtful design—creating systems that support daily routines while elevating how a space feels. At the core of her business is a commitment to doing things the right way—for her clients, her team, and the homes she’s trusted with.
IT TAKES A VILLAGE
This phrase isn’t just about raising
children — it’s just as true when
building a meaningful,
people-centered business.
Behind Mrs. Neat Freak is a small
but powerful village of family,
friends, and team members who
help shape the cares, values, and
heart behind everything I do.
Each person you’ll meet here plays a role
in supporting my clients and the
work I'm proud to stand behind-
whether that's behind the scenes,
alongside me on projects,
or cheering me on every
step of the way.

Mrs. Neat Freak's parents provide occasional behind the scenes support when extra help is needed, particularly with larger projects and estate clean-outs. Their strong work ethic, care, and respect for people and their belongings reflect the values I strive to bring into every client’s home.
While they aren’t always visible on projects, they are always there — ready to lend a hand when needed and cheering from the sidelines every step of the way. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and the role they play in helping this business grow.
